CCTV MuxLab VideoEase RF/TV Balun
The MuxLab VideoEase RF/TV balun allows you to transmit RF signals from your UHF and FM aerials, or distribution amplifier, to the TV, VCR, radio, etc using Category 5e unshielded twisted pair cable in a point-to-point connection. It can also be used with Sky or Sky Plus on the RF output from the digibox. The RF/TV balun saves the cost of installing expensive and bulky coax cable and is a smart, fast way of distributing RF.
- Supports broadband RF, cable TV, VHF and FM
- Supports channels TV 2-77, VHF 2-13, FM broadcast band
- Works with cable TV, satellite receivers (see note above), VCR, RF splitters and amplifiers
- Works up to 100m via Cat 5 twisted pair depending on frequency although this may require "tilt" amplification to achieve the required distance
- Bandwidth 900 MHz
- Low return loss eliminates "ghosting"
- Built-in male "F" connector for coax
- RJ45 connector for twisted pair
- Uses 2 strands of the Category 5e cable per balun
